Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics, customer support) under written processing agreements
- Authorities where legally required
- Any party you direct us to share it with
The processors involved when you submit a form on this site:
- Cloudflare Turnstile - bot protection. Cloudflare receives anonymised signals from your browser to determine whether the request is from a human.
- Cloudflare Workers and D1 - the form-submission endpoint and storage. Your submission is written to a Cloudflare-hosted database operated by 1StopAero's parent operator Aces High.
- Resend - transactional email delivery. The notification email we receive about your enquiry is sent through Resend (Amazon SES infrastructure, us-east-1).

International transfers
Form submissions are processed at Cloudflare's global edge network and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Notification emails are delivered via Resend infrastructure in the United States (AWS us-east-1). Where data moves between jurisdictions, we rely on Cloudflare's and Resend's standard contractual clauses and their respective regional compliance certifications.
Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for 180 days and then automatically deleted from our database. Enquiry correspondence held in email systems is retained per our operational records policy. You can request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us at info@1stopaero.com.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@1stopaero.com.
