Do we need to replace our existing MRO software?

No. 1StopAero runs alongside your MRO software via certified integration APIs. We've been designed to sit on top of AMOS, TRAX, Ramco, and other leading MRO platforms - not to replace them.

Which certifications and compliance frameworks does the platform support?

Records are structured for FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, and equivalent airworthiness certificates. Platform controls are designed to align with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regional data protection (UAE PDPL, GDPR). Specific certifications currently held are confirmed during vendor review.

How fast can we be live with real transactions?

Standard onboarding for an operator or MRO is 4-6 weeks: organisation verification, user and role setup, data migration of active parts and suppliers, and a short training cycle. AOG workflows can be live on day one for urgent pilots.

Where is the data hosted, and who owns it?

Multi-region hosting with tenancy isolation. Your organisation's transaction, certification, and inventory data remains yours - exportable at any time, retained per contract. See our privacy policy for detail.

Is there a mobile app, and does it work offline?

Native iOS and Android apps are built for field use - sourcing, AOG requests, and certificate validation. Offline support is available for the critical workflows your dispatch and line-maintenance teams rely on.

Can we pilot with a single module before committing to the whole platform?

Yes. Design partners typically start with one or two modules (Smart Sourcing + AOG is the most common entry point) and expand across the suite as teams adopt. Pilot commercial terms are set per engagement.
